Growing together

We offer a culture to support talented graduates to grow into their careers and in turn help grow our business of the future.

When you first join TP Group you will be assigned a Business Buddy to help you navigate the first few important weeks. Having someone to share information and knowledge with, ask questions and share their experiences will help you quickly settle in and learn the role even faster. Our consultants are highly qualified, many hold PhDs, so understand the challenges of transitioning from academia into the world of work. Our on-boarding process will ensure that you know what is expected of you and more importantly what you can expect from us.

We know our Graduates will do amazing things so we make sure you work on a range of exciting projects alongside experts in their fields who will share their skills and mentor you through the early part of your journey. We will empower you to be a future-thinker and to channel your ambition in to being one of our future leaders.

TP Group supports continual work-based and formal learning. Many of our people undertake Apprenticeships to develop relevant skills and advance their careers. In a fast-developing business this allows our existing experts to pass on their knowledge to our next generation of leaders and is a great motivation tool for everyone involved in the programme.

Internships and placements are a great way to experience the world of work and develop a range of soft skills. Very often students coming to the end of their courses are unsure of the direction of their future career or what roles are open to them. Spending time in a business can give insight in to roles you may not have previously considered. Whilst with TP Group we give you the opportunity to get to know our business and explore the type of graduate opportunities we can offer.
