We are looking for a Junior Project Controls Scheduler to join our P3M consultancy department. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team who are working on sharing innovative solutions or manufacturing bespoke engineering systems.

The Role

The P3M consultancy department work in partnership with national government bodies, international institutions and global prime contractors on enterprise transformation, feasibility analysis, systems engineering and programme delivery and support.

The Junior Project Controls Scheduler role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust schedule and Performance Measurement Baseline utilising the appropriate software tools to meet the customers’ requirements. The role will be customer facing where you will be providing scheduling SME input as required which will include creating, developing and maintaining quality multi-level and integrated schedules in a Project delivery environment that can facilitate robust EVM reporting.

The role offers you an environment to develop your skillset through TP Group coaching programmes and enables the opportunity to work face-to-face with the customer to build professional behaviours whilst embracing customer PC governance.

About You

The right applicant for this role will be someone who has experience in project scheduling, or studied a degree in project management. You will have a full comprehensive knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling for projects in a highly regulated environment. You will also have a plwledge of planning and management information reporting tools, for example: P6 and BI Analytics.

  • Candidates will need to undergo an internal BPSS check prior to gaining site access.
  • Candidates will also need to either hold a current SC clearance or be willing and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check (SC level) upon starting their employment with the company.
  • T0 gain SC clearance you will normally need at least 5 years’ UK residency.
