We are looking for an In Service Project Manager to join our TPG Maritime Ltd team in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a forward thinking team, who are working on sharing innovative solutions or manufacturing bespoke engineering systems.
This In Service Project Manager position sits within our bespoke engineering solutions side of the business, where we develop life-support systems in critical workspace, oxygen and carbon capture based solutions, water purification, rugged electronics for harsh environments and precision engineering of high-integrity equipment.
We are looking for this In Service Project Manager position to oversee the effective management of complex equipment with a multi-disciplined team into a highly regulated industry for critical applications. Providing leadership, accountability, direction and prioritisation of resources to deliver to time, cost and quality throughout the full lifecycle from concept phase to life in service and in some instances product retirement.
To deliver this role you will be required to have proven experience as Project or Programme Manager in a highly regulated engineering environment. You will have a track record of delivering projects on time, cost and meeting quality standards. You will have excellent communication skills, along with exceptional planning and organisational skills. You will have a working knowledge of project management processes, ideally, you will have worked with APM or Prince methodologies or used MSP packages in a commercial environment.
