Building the Future – Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week
We’re proud to support National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) which brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to showcase the positive impact that apprenticeships make to individuals, businesses and the wider economy.
This year’s theme is Build the Future which resonates strongly with tpgroup‘s focus on developing our future leaders and the specialist technical skills that sets us apart. Our apprenticeship scheme has been critical to building our talented workforce over the last 40-years. You can read more below about our current apprentice cohort below,

About our apprenticeships
Our apprentices are located across the UK and lead to nationally-recognised qualifications, from Level 2 to 7.
We value the inspiration and new approaches that apprentices and apprenticeship learning bring to the business. We believe in investing in our future talent – they are our future leaders.
As an organisation operating in different markets, we offer an exciting choice of opportunities across a range of disciplines and at all levels. The chart here shows the spread of disciplines for our current cohort of apprentices.
We work closely with local colleges and universities to ensure our apprentices get the right balance of learning and training to prepare them for the next stage of their career journey.
We welcome both college leavers and those looking to develop their careers in an existing or new path.
Employee development is at the heart of the HR strategy and apprenticeships form a large part of this”
