Celebrating National Apprenticeship Week
While the annual National Apprenticeship Week celebrates its 14th year in 2021, our apprenticeship celebrations go back over well over 40-years. Some of our longest serving employees started as apprentices and we value their experience and commitment in helping us to grow our business across capabilities and markets.

This year’s theme for National Apprenticeship Week is Build the Future – a theme that strongly resonates across the Group. We value the inspiration and fresh thinking that apprentices bring to the business, and help them to develop their skills and identify a future career path. They are our future talent – and future leaders.
About our apprenticeships
Our apprentices are located across the UK and lead to nationally-recognised qualifications – from Level 2 to 7.
As an organisation operating across different markets, we offer an exciting choice of opportunities – across a range of disciplines and at all levels. The chart here shows the spread of disciplines for our current cohort of apprentices.
We work closely with local colleges to ensure our apprentices get the right balance of learning and training to prepare them for the next stage of their career journey.
Cranfield University is one of the universities that we use to provide modular learning for our Level 7 apprentices.
We welcome both college leavers and those looking to develop their careers in an existing or new path.
Employee development is at the heart of the HR strategy and apprenticeships form a large part of this”
