Come along and meet Melissa Vernon and Chloe Ainger from TP Group’s Analysis and Approvals practice who will be happy to discuss opportunities available to you and answer any questions you may have. Chloe was recruited to her role after attending a previous Operational Research Society Careers Day so understands what it is like to transition into the workplace from university and the transferable skills you have gained whilst studying.

Chloe’s story:

"During the final year of my maths degree, I attended the Operational Research Society Careers Day which was particularly enlightening. I met a variety of organisations with operational research/ operational analysis teams which gave me an insight into the type of roles which would be open to me and the benefits of working in these sectors. It was at this event that I first discovered TP group and was able to discuss the skills I'd gained during my studies and how these could be transferred into a consultancy role. I was really impressed with the level of support TP Group offered Graduates to be able to transition seamlessly into the workplace and was thrilled to receive a job offer months before my graduation.”
