Trusted clear policies and principles

Our success depends on us being trusted by all our stakeholders. We seek to drive the right behaviours by forging a culture based on respect and responsible business practices – a culture that supports our people in making ethical decisions.

We have clear policies and principles that are embedded in the business through our key business functions including health and safety, people management, environment, and supply chain management.

Empowering employees to take the right ethical decisions

Our Corporate Code of Conduct provides guidance with all employees required to complete training annually on

Responsible suppliers

We build long-term relationships with our supply chain, believing in working with companies that share and embrace our values and ethical behaviour. To support this, we have both policies and a governance structure in place focussed on ensuring a responsible supply chain.

Improving industry standards

We seek to help improve standards across our industry. We support initiatives by industry bodies, governments, NGOs and other parties that address key ethical issues affecting the sectors we operate in. We are proactive members of the Aerospace and Defence trade associations.

Modern slavery and human rights

We recognise our responsibility for protecting the human rights of our employees and other individuals that we work with across the world. As part of our commitment to the highest ethical practice, we continue to review and strengthen our approach to human rights issues, including modern slavery, across our operations and supply chain.
